A Buddha-ful Mind
A Buddha-ful Mind

To me the Buddha represent or symbolizes mindfulness. The Buddha was full of Light, and so Buddha was full of mind. Mind. And Mind-Full-Of-Light-ness.
He symbolizes a perfectly peaceful posed expression of balance, wisdom and true sharing. An extension of God’s Love on any gien day.
No upsets. No down sets. No set backs. Just sunsets. ;)
Nothing ‘set in stone’ either. :)
This time of year we have a handful of solar and lunar events occurring as well as Spring activities.
One is the equinox.
Another is Wesak.
Another is Passover.
Another is Easter.
And yet, which we each prepare for any of the above activites and/or events, the basic message is to direct the attention to a particular activitiy of God, Spirit, Source..etc.
The quality of paying attention to your state of mind is to me, the most important, for what we pay attention to - as everyone knows by now - you give your power to.
What do you want to empower in yourself? In your mind? In your heart? In your feelings? In your outlook?
What habits do you want to keep empowering? Are they healthy or do you need to take another look at what’s adding to your happiness or taking away from it.
Now is the time to shift your focus to such things, as now we enter a season of renewal. Not of the old ways, but of what is most important now, and what honors your Life Force flowing through you from your Source every moment.
How can you honor this Life Force? How do you wish to empower It?
By turning your attention to the truth in which God’s Will is for you to be happy, do that whch oinly honors God’s Will.
If something no longer serves your highest good, let it go. Don’t even think twice about it. You know what makes you happy and what doesn’t Just go for it. Don’t hold back, because you’re only holding yourself back if you don’t let the lesser things go.
A fuller mind leads to a fuller heart. Let it be of the Light of Source!
Buddha-ful Blessings to oyu this equinox, wesak, Passover and Easter,
EC <3
